System Overview

The Rollstock system has comprehensive communication interfaces with the Syncro Corrugator Control System, any barcode network and the plant office computer systems.

The system provides up to date records of rolls 'in stock', 'in use' or 'rejected' along with a range of data including, linear length and weight for each roll.

Traceability

The status of each roll is identified at every stage of each production cycle, to and from the wet end. Records are kept about which papers were used for each job run on the corrugator and the amounts of papers consumed by that job to provide paper traceability.
