System Overview

The Syncro Profile combines laser accuracy and high performance DSP (digital signal processing) technology to detect, measure

 

and reduce corrugated board warp. Profile does this accurately, continuously, and in real-time.

Warp Measurement & Display

The human-machine interface (HMI) displays the warp profile and provides an accurately measured warp index directly to the corrugator operatives. The operator does not have to rely on subjective human observations at the stacker.

The system logs warp data along with board quality data and machine parameters that affect warp, allowing rapid on-screen analysis and diagnostics of warp problems.

Automatic Warp Reduction

Automatic closed-loop feedback of warp data controls the machine parameters that affect warp, reducing dependency on operator skill, diligence and subjective judgment and consistently produces flatter board.
