System Overview

The Escada Paper Roll Management System provides the plant with an RFID solution to streamlining the areas of inventory, butt reel management and improves the overall efficiencies of the paper roll and production areas.

The vast savings the system offers ensure that a quick payback is easily achieved.

Traceability

RFID technology provides full traceability of each roll throughout its lifespan and can be used to monitor its location at all times and manage operator upgrades & waste levels. A quarantine and quality function enables issues with rolls to be recorded. Links to plant scheduling and ERP systems ensure transparency of information regarding stock and consumption levels.
