Evo Router's Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) comprises of a 3 level hierarchical structure to promote rapid and intuitive navigation and troubleshooting.

Level 1

A 'Conveyor Overview' displays the whole conveyor layout divided into selectable local areas. These areas can be accessed via 'touch-screen' navigation for a more detailed representation.

At this level, locating the cause of a hardware malfunction is made simple by the pressence of area alarms.

Level 2

The 'Local Area Views' each show a magnified section of the conveyor. The direction, flow and location of loads are displayed via 'Process Arrows' and 'Photocell' sensors.

All hardware components are shown in their relative position to the conveyor where a status alarm will annunciate any malfunction.

At this level, Barcode Readers and Weigh Scales display their readings in real-time. The Barcode Readers display both the identification code of the present load and its next location.

Level 3

The 'Process View' shows the status of each signal for a process and the state of the process. In the event of an error, a helpful message is displayed to advise on a suitable course of action.

Via the 'Process View' screen the Evo Router has the ability to show the actions of the system and their influencing signals.
