Virtual Private Networks

Escada offer customers support via a VPN connection. This provides a high bandwidth of data which allows rapid diagnosis and resolution of problems.

 

 

The VPN links directly from our network to the customer's local area network via a secure internet tunnel.

Site Visits

If a problem cannot be solved via the helpdesk or remote access procedures and it is deemed necessary that Escada are required to visit the site in question, we will

 

 

endeavour to despatch an engineer during the next working day. This will depend on availability of flights (if applicable) and prevailing transport conditions.
